2024 Chardonnay
Flint, white peach, lemon butter and fresh picked parsley.
Fleshy peaches and nectarines on the palate, some green apple skin phenolics, with a tonic water lift and grapefruit acidity.
Serve cool on the first balmy evening of Summer, when the weather feels like it doesn’t exist.. you know the one, 26 degrees and no wind. Best with Cut Worms ‘The Golden Sky’.

Hand harvested at 12 Baume on the 22nd of February.
Whole bunch pressed to old French oak hogsheads with full solids. Wild yeast fermentation. Some secondary, malolactic fermentation occurred naturally, but wasn’t monitored. 7 month maturation in old French oak hogsheads on full ferment lees.
12% Alc/Vol. Approx 7.1 standard drinks. 750mL
Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur.
